2. Get a quotation: Our professional sales team will prepare a quote for your custom parts within 3 days, depending on the complexity of parts.
3. First Article Inspection (FAI) sample approval: We will produce a FAI sample for your verification and approval to ensure alignment with your standards.
4. Confirm order & pay deposit: Once the price is finalized and your deposit is received, we’ll kick off the collaboration.
5. Technical review: We’ll clarify any additional details (if needed) before production starts.
6. Production: We’ll source materials and begin manufacturing your parts.
7. Full-scale production: We will source certified materials and proceed with manufacturing in strict accordance with the confirmed specifications.
8. Settle balance & arrange delivery: Shipment will be arranged immediately once the balance payment is verified.
9. After-sales support & optimization: We welcome your feedback—if any issues arise, we’ll assist with solutions and process improvements. Repeat orders are welcome for long-term partnerships.

Sample shipments: Air freight is the preferred option for lightweight samples, ensuring fast delivery.

Bulk orders: We offer flexible shipping solutions, including sea freight (cost-effective for large volumes) and air freight (for time-sensitive orders). Final shipping methods can also be customized to meet your specific requirements.

Any potential additional costs related to your project will be fully disclosed to you in advance. Generally speaking, we will evaluate the accurate process according to the specification. Non-recurring engineering expense (NRE) relates to the production order or cost-saving solutions. The cost of NRE like complex programming, fixtures, and tools will not occur on subsequent repeat orders.

Our CNC machining capabilities support ultra-tight dimensional tolerances down to ±0.005mm for custom parts. Geometric tolerances can be controlled to within ±0.010mm as specified in your technical drawings. Generally speaking, all our machined parts are produced within ±0.1mm if not otherwise specified.
